A simple doodle drawing that has become a painting. This simple configuration popped into my head while reading/sketching. Like the Hopes & Dreams work, I wanted to make this image to remind myself of life. Those things in life that get used to make something special, but often as not, they get wasted by human error or other inefficiencies along the way. An interesting read about the form called “the lemniscate” and the ribbon-like symbol used to represent infinity.
