Paper Planes

The Vault Gallery at the Arizona State University’s Downtown Phoenix campus Library is featuring “Paper Planes,” an exhibit of the work of Jeff Del Nero. His current paintings are of mixed media on various sized panels in the form of college-ruled binder paper. It’s a visual reference to the time in his life when mark-making was unencumbered by worldly awareness.

  1. Jeff it is good to see that you are still making statements about life and its ongoing saga.

We still live in Vermont, Charmaine and I had a joint exhibit called Black and White at Main Street Arts. It is a non-profit community theatre that we are on the board and major donors to keep it thriving. I will turn 78 this year. Surprise!

Hope all is well with your family.

    • Terry,
Thanks for these great comments. I must have missed this post until now. I think about everything you taught me—and I still hear your voice when I teach too. You were very influential in my career, especially getting me off-on-the-right-foot at the beginning. Printmaking, 3D & 2D design especially!
I think, by calculation, you must have been in your mid-30s when you taught me! Glad to hear you are going strong!
      Jeff
